The harvest of Celestial Church of Christ Glorious Throne of God & the Lamb Sanctuary Parish, located at 11 Celestial Church Avenue, off Lambo Street, Alapere Ketu, Lagos State held on the 15th December 2024 captured the attention of many. Before the establishment of the Parish rumors have transformed into animosity towards the church by those major players who attended the harvest, but the significance of the harvest has dispelled any doubts and infused a sense of divine purpose on the harvest day.
Prophet Emmanuel Soyemi, the planter of the parish, played a role during the tumultuous period between year 2020 and 2021. The then unrest caused a rift among members, leading to differing opinions and conflicts that required resolution and legal interpretation. Despite the challenges, the harvest has brought a sense of unity and clarity to the Pastor and the Elders reaffirming their faith and commitment to the church’s mission.
Currently, Prophet Emmanuel Soyemi has resolved some of his personal conflicts with some of those Elders. He has mustered the courage to initiate reconciliation visits to their homes, acknowledging that the atmosphere remains tense due to certain actions that were taken.
The Elders who have been affected by rumours, including the Pastor are still at odds with each other. These rumours have created a significant divide among them, hindering the progress of the Church in various aspects. Prophet Emmanuel Soyemi, it is evident that there is much work to be done in mitigating the impact of these baseless rumours that have turned friends into foes. Your efforts is still not enough to restore all parties to their original positions, as the repercussions of these rumours continue to linger.
