In 1986 and 1993, M/C Osibanjo had the privilege of encountering an angel who has since been tirelessly spreading the word of God through Celestial Women of Faith. This angel has now been assigned to Gambia, continuing the divine mission to liberate the world from the clutches of evil.
Despite Gambia being predominantly Muslim country, Celestial Women of Faith have fearlessly embarked on a full-scale campaign by inaugurating new members into their group. They have made a resolute decision to uphold the heavenly mandate bestowed upon them, undeterred by the religious landscape of the country.
As Celestial Church of Christ celebrated our 76th anniversary on September 29, 2023, the Celestial Women of Faith also chose this momentous day to launch their platform in Gambia. This serves as a symbol of their uniqueness and a powerful reaffirmation of their unwavering faith in Christ’s mission to establish his kingdom on earth.
During the inauguration, M/C Osibanjo the convener of the group delivered an electrifying commencement speech. She passionately urged the members who are also part of Celestial Church to embrace and embody the doctrinal practices of the Church in their involvement. Furthermore, she encouraged them to organize revivals, aiming to convince unbelievers of the urgent need to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and savior.
With great excitement and fervor, Gambia salutes these remarkable women of faith as they fearlessly carry out their divine assignment. Their unwavering dedication and commitment to spread the message of God’s love and salvation is truly awe-inspiring. Let us join them in celebrating this momentous occasion and support their mission to bring light and hope to the world!
