The remarkable impact of Prophetess Edith Oshoffa within Celestial Church of Christ speaks for itself – she is a force to be reckoned with, a true trailblazer in every sense of the word. A woman who has unwaveringly stood for righteousness, advocating for a Church where the mandates of God are not just followed, but deeply respected.
As she reaches the incredible milestone of 70 years, Prophetess Edith Oshoffa stands out as one of the few children of the Pastor Founder Rev SBJ Oshoffa who boldly proclaims that the Church is not simply an inheritance of the Oshoffa family. She witnessed first-hand of her father’s dedication to the Church, actively participating in meetings and discussions that shaped its early development.
Prophetess Edith Oshoffa’s spiritual journey began alongside her father in the Republic of Benin, where the Church first took root in their compound. She embraced the divine instructions of God and joyfully joined the Church’s inaugural choir, praising God for the grace bestowed upon the world through the establishment of a spiritual sanctuary on earth.
She successfully completed all the necessary stages of anointment exercises as outlined by her father. She holds a deep respect for the lieutenants who have assisted and continue to assist in the work of God through her father’s calling. She has never shown disrespect, nor has she ever claimed special privileges or rights within the Church as the daughter of the Pastor Founder.
